The included technical resolution time is used to fix a technical issue on your site (plugin conflict, incident). It is not a request desk nor a content service: we do not fill your site for you. It does not carry over from one month to the next. Beyond the included time: 70 EUR excl. VAT per hour. Any other work (development, new page, redesign) is quoted separately.
We only take on the maintenance of a healthy site, or a site we have cleaned up first. That is the condition for guaranteeing lasting peace of mind.

Hacked site
Redirects to shady pages, spam pages, unknown content, a warning from your host or from Google. A hacked WordPress site can usually be repaired, but every hour counts to limit the damage and avoid blacklisting.

White screen (blank page)
A completely blank page, with no error message, on the site or in the admin. It is called the white screen of death. It looks alarming, but it is often repairable once the cause is found.

Since WordPress 5.2, this message replaces the white screen. Good news: WordPress usually sends you an e-mail with the exact cause. Here is how to read it and react.

Database connection
This message means WordPress can no longer reach its database, where your content is stored. The site becomes unreachable, but the data is almost always intact.

Broken after an update
An update to a plugin, the theme or the WordPress core, and the site no longer works as before. It is common, almost always reversible, and a reminder of why serious updates are tested first.

Broken layout
The site shows with no styles, misaligned, like a raw page. Often it is a CSS file or cache issue, not a loss of content. It is usually a quick fix.

Updates fail, loop, or show "Another update is currently in progress". A site that no longer updates piles up vulnerabilities, so the situation needs unblocking.

Site down / 500 error
The 500 error is a generic server message: something stops it from responding, without saying what. On WordPress, the cause is almost always in a plugin, the .htaccess file or memory.

Very slow site
A slow site drives visitors away and hurts your SEO. The good news: a slow WordPress has known causes, and it can almost always be fixed without rebuilding everything.
