How We Build Your Website in 5 Steps

1. What we need to get started
The architecture (the structure, the menu) you want for your site (for example: Home, About, Services, Contact)
The text content for each of your web pages
Your contact details: physical address of your shop, email, phone number, opening hours
The photos, in good quality, needed to illustrate your pages
Your logo in good quality (PDF, PNG or high-resolution JPG if possible)
Where applicable, your indications regarding the style desired: colours, mood, the type of message you want your site to convey
2. WeTransfer
WeTransfer is a very practical online platform that allows you to send large files by email.
If you only have a few photos, sending them by email will suffice. But if there are ten or more, or they are of a certain quality, the file size will be too large to send by email.
You can therefore send us your photos and other attachments directly online via WeTransfer.
3. The creation stages
Once we have everything we need, we can begin the actual website creation.
1- Design
We select and create a design that suits you.
2- Content
We incorporate the text and visual content you have provided.
3- Revisions
We send you private access to the site. You can then judge for yourself whether everything meets your expectations or whether certain elements need adjusting.
3- Sign-off
Once the site has been reviewed and both the content and design approved by you, we take the site live.
4. Going live and the maintenance contract
Once any final changes have been made and the site signed off with you, we launch it online.
We put in place a maintenance contract with you, in order to keep the site up to date and protect it from potential hacks or spam, amongst other things.
5. Future modifications
Should a few changes be needed over the years (a new address or phone number, for example), we take care of updating the relevant pages. All you need to do is send us the new information by email.
If more extensive modifications are planned further down the line (an e-commerce site that requires regular stock updates, a news/blog page you want to update each week, etc.), we carry out a 2-hour training session with you to teach you how to add and edit pages on the site.
